TRADING TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE USERS
All transactions are processed in AUD. Permitted forms of payment are EFTPOS, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, direct debit and cash payments. Currently all card payments incur an external surcharge of one percent in addition to the invoice total. You may choose to pay with direct debit or cash payments if you wish to avoid these charges. Cheques will not be accepted unless prior authorisation has been made. Please advise management if you have any further queries

CUSTOMS HOUSE HOTEL is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Prices and items may change without notification. Specials and events may not always be applicable or possible due to the changing nature of COVID 19 restrictions, so please check with us before booking to confirm any products or details listed on the website if unsure.
When making an online booking, please fill out your form and we will send a response by email or text with a booking confirmation. Please allow 24 hours for us to respond. Check your spam file if you have not received notification or call 03 9397 8888 during business hours for immediate response.
Reservations may be subject to timed sittings of around one and a half hours in duration due to the current health and safety policy guidelines or otherwise as deemed necessary by the establishment to enable effective cleaning procedures to take place between sittings. These times are not indicated on the website as they are subject to change and demand on the day. You will be informed of restricted dining times on arrival if necessary.
In the event that an order has been placed online and the booking is cancelled due to COVID 19 lockdown or a pre-ordered item is not available and we are unable to fulfil your request, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative date, item, a backorder or a full refund.
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between exchanges or refunds where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website. All group functions of 15 people or more will be subject to the Functions Package terms and conditions and consumers should become familiar with the contents therein. Management will supply you with a copy of these terms and conditions upon booking or you can request one at any time.

Any COVID19 tracing related information such a signing upon entry with yourself and all other guests attending will be stored securely on the premises and destroyed after 28 days. Your booking details will not be shared intentionally with external parties, however some or all of your information may be retained and used to make contact with you in order to advise you about your bookings and any other correspondence that may be required from time to time informing you of CUSTOMS HOUSE HOTEL events and marketing. Your personal information will be stored using protected systems and only authorised members of staff will have access to booking systems for your added security. Birthday Club and other subscribed promotions will be treated with similar systems and protocols for your security.
