As one of the largest function venues in Williamstown, there are four private function areas to choose from as well as bistro dining for general bookings. Small groups through to whole venue hire is possible with capacity to host up to 400+ guests.
Preorder Service & Customised Menus
Groups up to 30 guests can order straight off the current menu. In addition we have a pre-order service available. For larger groups there are set menus or platters to choose. Alongside our traditional meals there is a range of Gluten free, Vegan and Vegetarian options on the menu.
Free Live Music/Entertainment
Customs House Hotel is renowned for its free live music & entertainment. You are welcome to join in on any of these events with your function. Alternatively we can arrange for private DJ’s, bands or other entertainment in selected rooms. (Additional charges may apply)
Complimentary Room Styling/Decorations *
Our functions manager will discuss all of your function requirements & arrange access beforehand to add any personal touches. Welcome signs, personalised menus & a small collection of decorations are all provided with private room hire, adding to the experience.

Not for Profit , Social & Sporting Clubs , Senior ‘s Groups
Community groups and sporting clubs across the Western District are welcome. You are invited to join us for regular monthly events & presentation nights. Speak with our team about fundraising incentives throughout the year. Free room hire available Monday to Thursday. (Subject to availability. Terms & conditions apply)
Access & Parking
Free parking is available for disabled & local permit holders on Nelson Place. Ramps & rear entrance provides access for those who require assisted entry. More free parking can be accessed in the side streets & along The Strand.
